3 Ways To Remain Optimistic Even in Worse Situations

One of the most common questions people ask me via email is how to become more of an optimist and Enthusiastic. So today I would simply like to share three habits that I use just about every day and that helps me to stay optimistic in pretty much any situation. Even in chaotic situations. However, It may sometimes take a while before I find an optimistic thread of thought but these three habits usually help me to do it.

 

1. Ask yourself questions that let you see the optimistic viewpoint. We often experience events that kills the events of optimism in us every day.  Political and social happenings actually shape the way some of us view life. However, you will may want ask yourself the below questions

  1. Who is the determinant of your success is it you, the government or the country?
  2. What is the opportunity available in any situation?
  3. Who is responsible for all my previous successes?
  4. Why do I need to be optimistic even when situations are not favourable.

What makes a country successful is the success of the people. So, your success does not depend on the outcome of the election because whoever is elected will not give money. Although, you might say that things will at least improve in the country. But it only those that have prepared themselves will seize the opportunity.

 

2. Get optimistic support from the world around you. One the most important factors for being able to stay optimistic are the influences around you. Optimism is – just like enthusiasm is very contagious. So find ways to create an environment that supports you.

  • The people in your life. Try to spend more time with optimistic and positive people and less time with people who seem to always be negative about things. Positive people will support you, add upbeat energy and can help you to find a constructive change in perspective when you have a situation that is bringing you down.
  • The information you let into your mind. One of the simplest things you can do to create and support your own optimism is simply to regularly read books and listen to or watch recordings created by optimistic and successful people

3. Start your day affirmatively: Positive affirmative is the healing and first step in achieving any goal and success. It help to retain your positive belief and desires and help expunge negative belief that has been deposited into your sub conscious. Hence, here yourself say the below affirmation 7x every morning with an optimism and enthusiasm that they have been achieved.

  1. I align myself with the true intent of my heart and with positive people that I intuitively know genuinely wants me to do well.
  2. I have achieved all of my goals this year, in all contradictory situations the thought of failure never occurs to me.
  3. I live each day of this year with purpose and passion; deliberately taking steps that I know are goods seed for my future.
  4. I overcome every single challenge this year and grow wiser with every situation that comes my way. I enjoy challenges for through them I release the genius in me.
  5. I live a balanced and stress free life and I exercise regularly.
