What you put into yourself, is what comes out of you.
If you keep developing yourself and adding value to yourself,

At the beginning of the previous the year, my senior colleague

This made my work very easy and fast, so I was able to do a lot more in less time
Towards the end of the year,
a massive downsizing took place at the office but
I was the only one among my colleagues that was not laid off.
Instead, I got a promotion
Then my senior colleague walked to my new office,
he smiled and I knew what he was about to say
“Garbage in, Garbage out” we said together
The value I input in myself is the reason why
inspite of the down sizing, I was promoted
