According to the book MAKING HABIT BREAKING HABIT by Jeremy Dean; on the average, it takes approximately 2 months to grow a new habit or skill, 66 days to be exact.
You can make the remaining days in 2019 to be super productive by picking up a new habit or skill for your personal development.
Until we are really determined to change, nothing will change, don’t wait till next year to start another new year resolution, the best time to start is now.
